Abstract
The high-resolution spectrum of H 12C 14N has been measured near 4870 and 6060 cm −1. The following bands have been identified and analyzed: 01 12-00 00, 02 02-01 10, 02 22-01 10, 04 01-00 00, 11 11-00 00, 12 01-01 10, and 12 21-01 10. The CN stretching fundamental ( ν 3) of H 12C 15N has also been measured near 2100 cm −1. This fundamental is found to be 3 cm −1 higher than previously reported. Other bands that have been identified in the H 12C 16N spectrum are 03 10-00 00, 04 00-01 10, 04 20-01 10, and 01 11-01 10.
