Abstract

The rotational spectra of F 12C 15N have been observed in the ground state and in the (01' 0), (02° 0), (10° 0), (20° 0) and (00° 1) excited vibrational states. From analysis of the spectroscopic data available for F 12C 14N, F 12C 15N and F 13C 14N the equilibrium structure of cyanogen fluoride has been evaluated.
