Abstract
The article investigates the IT usage in the labor regulation at enterprises in the Samara region as an important factor of ensuring their sustainable development. The labor rationing digitalization is determined by the importance of forming and implementing a digital potential in the production management, the need to implement best practices of digitalization into labor rationing, and the high complexity of calculations caused by the production complexity. The research purpose is to study modern methodological approaches, software products and automated systems, and to structure application areas of IT in the labor regulation. The study is based on the analysis of scientific literature on the informatization issues of labor regulation and its impact on the productivity and competitiveness of enterprises, analysis of the best practices of labor specialists’ work automation. The authors use methods of quantitative, qualitative and logical analysis. Monitoring data collection and studying information about the use of information technologies at enterprises allowed the authors to obtain reliable research results, formulate reasonable conclusions, structure modern software products and automated systems in the field of labor regulation describing their functional capabilities and summarizing the experience of work informatization in the sphere of labor regulation for a group of Samara enterprises.
