Abstract

The article, based on a comprehensive system analysis, examines the theoretical and legal implications of informatization of civil justice as a means of increasing the effectiveness of justice services. The relevance is due to the expanded role of information technologies in all areas of information management activity, including in the sphere of modern ship ownership. The object of the investigation is the ongoing research in the field of justice administration regarding legal disputes with the use of information technologies to meet the needs of the civil process. The methodological basis includes various methods - formal legal, legal, systemic, logical and others. .
