Abstract
The article discusses the ways of Smart-e-Learning usage in the system of education of children in institutions of musical and art education. In relying on the ideas of contemporary Russian [5, 8, 9] authors determined how to incorporate into the learning process of children’s musical and art schools such modern forms of learning such as e-tutorial, presentation, individual sites, multimedia programs for music, music recording, the tempo changes, etc. Based on the test scores of students in the subject of “Musical Literature”, “Pop vocal” survey of teachers of children’s musical school, as well as the results of the competitive activities of students proved that these areas are effective in teaching children of teenage age.
