Abstract

In Chap. 4 we discussed that a distributed system with autonomous and cooperative agents is an essential tenet of the immunity-based systems. On the other hand, in the study of designing a large-scale distributed system, a typical distributed system that can be a model for designing artificial distributed systems has been sought. We proposed that the immune system can be a prototype for designing artificial distributed systems [72]. This chapter1 discusses features of distributed systems with autonomous agents such as autonomous distributed systems, focusing on the global interagents structure of agents in the information framework (Sect. 7.2.3).
