Abstract
The scientific article covers the problematic issues of implementation of statistical observation in the organization of information flows on the state, structure, dynamic development, patterns and trends of regional primary real estate markets. The defining features of the classification of objects and operations, the main blocks of statistical indicators of circulation of objects created in the region, in the primary real estate market, identified and formulated features of accounting and valuation of objects not attributable to the housing stock, land and construction in progress. Since we are talking about objects of real estate, rights of ownership of which are transferred for the first time, it covers the issues of statistical monitoring of the regional investment in the newly created objects of the gross accumulation of fixed assets and the land Fund.
