Abstract
The creation of this work is made by mixing various weight percentages of SiC and consistent Graphite with liquefied Al2219. For various mechanical tests including hardness, ductility, flexural, and tensile, are conducted and tested. The broken specimens of composites discovered using a filtered electron magnifying equipment (SEM). The best mechanical properties are identified in composite materials. Additionally, a similar material is focussed on the wear test. The composite with 4% SiC and 0.5% Graphite shown improved mechanical performance among the five different groupings of sic and graphite. The optimized results and the influencing parameters of electrical release WEDM were higher Material Expulsion Rate with less discomfort on the surface and boundary for wear testing also attained with decreased wear rate.
