Abstract
In order to improve spectrum stability of white phosphorescent organic light emitting diodes (WOLEDs), a series of WOLED devices with mixed host (mCP:TPBi) blue emitting layer (EML) structure are fabricated. When TPBi concentration is 3/4, the maximum value of current density, current and power efficiency can reach to 245.63 mA/cm2, 50.57 cd/A and 52.96 lm/W, respectively. Then, another series of WOLED devices with heterojunction structure are fabricated by changing the proportion of the mixed host materials in two blue EMLs. When the TPBi concentration is 2/3 and 1 in EML2 and EML3, we obtain a spectrum stability WOLED with luminance of 12190 cd/m2, current efficiency of 47.77 cd/A and power efficiency of 45.83 lm/W, respectively.
