Abstract

Intensive growth of the car ownership level leads to a significant load on separate parts of urban motorway network in cities. Many cities have an established historic development, and in this case the one and only solution of the problem of increase of traffic capacity of urban streets is alternation of the traffic patterns. The conducted researches provide for analytic forecast of the change in traffic load rate in proximity to unregulated pedestrian crossings.
