Abstract

The search for alternative means to increase the productivity of crops, minimizing their harmful effects on the environment, has recently become particularly relevant. Promising in this aspect is the introduction of microbial drugs into the production of agricultural products. The effect of bacterization of seeds by microbial agents on the increase of crop yields has been proven and does not cause any doubt. But the period of vegetation is prolonged, and some abiotic and biotic factors violate their physiological balance, which necessarily affects yields and product quality. Therefore, the purpose of our research was to develop and implement an effective agro-acceptance of the use of the microbial preparation Polimiksobakteryn during the cultivation of corn, aimed at increasing the yield and quality of products. This paper presents the results of three-year field studies to determine the effectiveness of agro-consumption, which involves the bacterialisation of seeds and superficial treatment of plants during the growth of the microbial preparation Polimiksobakteryn on the yield of corn. We have established that the indicated agroprisium provides an increase in the index of pure photosynthesis efficiency from 9.58 to 10.96 g/m2 for 1 day, which is on average 64.7% more than the value of the corresponding indicator of the control variant and is accompanied by an increase in the yield of corn grain on 2.4 t/ha, or 28.6%, and its qualitative indicators, namely: protein content — by 1.4%, starch — by 8.9%. The abovementioned parameters in the variants with complex application of Polimiksobakteryn were higher than for a separate bacteriosis of seeds or surface treatment.
