Abstract

The article is dedicated to our teachers. And first of all, the talented surgeon and teacher-Professor C.A. Tsibirna, and the other half professors! The article shows the effect of pharmacological preparations on the pH of the stomach during general anesthesia during gastric surgery. It has been shown that when performing various variants of vagotomy, one should take into account the possibility of reducing the acidity of intragastric contents when using drugs used for general anesthesia - NLA and GHB. The atropine test performed on the eve of the operation is also important.
