Abstract
In recent years, with the rapid economic development, the scale of highway construction has continued to expand, and the lack of scientific design and construction has led to roadbed settlement problems. The paper first expounds the principle of subgrade settlement, and then discusses the influence of pavement expansion technology on subgrade settlement with an example, hoping to play a certain role in the development of similar projects.
