Abstract

Objective To study the influence of nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods We randomly divided 143 patients into the experimental group(72 cases)and the control group(71 cases)and all received regular treatment and care,but the for-met was given additional nursing intervention.The changes in quality of life in two groups based on the concise health survey(SF-36)before and after intervention were compared.Results Life quality signify-candy improved compared with before as well as the control group in the experimental group.But the con-trol group showed no differences compared with before.Conclusions Effective nursing interventions can improve the quality of life in patients with ACS.
