Abstract
This study aims to determine whether the effect of learning motivation, learning interest, family environment, and school environment against learning difficulties. This research conducted for two months from October to December 2019. Method: The research used was a survey method with a causality approach. Inside population: This study is a student or millennial students, amounting to 200 respondents. Technique data collection using literature and questionnaire techniques. Data analysis technique using SmartPLS software version 3. PLS (Partial Least Square) with equation analysis structural (SEM). The results show that each variable has the same effect. So it can be said, if Learning Difficulties are increasing then of course motivation learning, learning interest, family environment and school environment will be very influential important in a state of learning difficulties . If on motivation to learn, interest in learning, family environment, and the school environment has a good influence of course resulting in a state of learning difficulties being reduced. The above description shows that there is a joint and significant influence between learning motivation, learning interest, family environment, and school environment.
