Abstract
In experiments on the rats with model of acute ischemic disorder of cerebral circulation (bilateral ocllusion of internal carotid arteries) was established that introduction of HAES-LX-5 % and Voluven at doses of 2.5 ml/kg, 2 times/day (5.0 ml/kg day), every day , every 12 hours for 7 days was accompanied by more significant recovery of the dynamics of oxidant-antioxidant balance (p<0.05) compared with animals treated with 0.9 % solution of NaCl in the same dose regime. Pharmacological effect which was received in the experiment of treatment of infusion solutions is the basis for further deeper studying of their protective effects on the brain in acute disorder of cerebral circulation.
