Abstract

Expanding the production base of raw materials for concrete mix allows rationally and purposefully reducing the cost of production of building materials based on Portland cement. The purpose of the research is to obtain high-strength vibropress products based on fine quartz and ground sands by regulating the rheological properties of the mixture, as well as the waste from the enrichment plant for the production of dolomite flour in Vladikavkaz. The developed technology allows for the consumption of Portland cement 200–230 kg/m3 to obtain concrete with a strength of up to 40 MPa. Together, fine quartz sand with ground allow you to get a rheologically active matrix of concrete mixture.
