Abstract

Objective To evaluate the influence of comprehensive behavioral intervention on quality of life of breast cancer patients.Methods There were 122 breast cancer patients who were divided into the experimental group and the control group randomly.The control group accepted the routine nursing care.The experimental group received comprehensive behavioral interventions on the basis of conventional care,including catharsis therapy,cognitive therapy,health education,psychological behavior intervention,relax training and function training.Before and after the intervention,psychological situation of patients and the quality of life were assessed by the gauge of SCL-90 and LSR,and psychological situation and the change of the quality of life were compared separately.Results Compared the control group,anxiety and depression symptoms of experimental group were significantly lower and the quality of life was obviously higher after the intervention.Difference between the two groups was significant (P < 0.01).Conclusions After postoperative application of the integrated behavioral intervention,breast cancer patients can reduce anxiety and depression symptoms and improve the quality of life.
