Abstract
Raman spectra and some optical properties (pseudogap Eg*, refractive index n) of As40S60 − xSex(x = 0, 10, 15, 20) glasses and thin films have been studied. The analysis of the Raman spectra has enabled us to make a conclusion about the microheterogeneous model of the glass and thin film local structure. The types of bonds and main structural groups have been defined. The influence of preparation conditions, thermal annealing, pressure and exposure on the structure and optical parameters of As40S60 − xSex glasses and thin films has been investigated.
