Abstract

The influence of thermal, thermal deformation and aerothermoacoustic (ATAT) treatments on the formation of the structure and mechanical properties of structural titanium alloys and bronzes is considered. An increase in the strength and elasticity of alloys by optimizing the modes of heat treatment, cold plastic deformation, and ATAT is shown. The influence of pre-aging treatment, aging modes and ATAT on the structure, an additional increase in the mechanical properties of alloys with preliminary hardening by quenching and cold plastic deformation is established. Keywords: titanium alloys, bronze, heat treatment, ATAT, cold plastic deformation, microstructure, mechanical properties. remshev@mail.ru, vorobiyova_galina@mail.ru, smakovskiyms@armalit1.ru, AHSW@yandex.ru
