Abstract

The study is focusing on the influence of app notifications and push messages of food delivering applications among the users in Mysuru, a district in Karnataka state. The study was designed to examine the use of food delivering apps and the way the seller markets their ideas and strategies through app notifications and pop-up ads or push notifications. The research analyzed how the digital marketing trend is booming up in the field of the food industry and also tried to understand the user's comfortability as well as use and impact of push and pop-up notifications, specifically of food delivering apps. Using a structured questionnaire, in-depth interviews, and observations, the researcher collects the data. This primary data will be collected from around 300 app users in the city using non-probability convenience sampling method.
