Abstract

The paper presents the results of studies on the effect of ultrafine particles of silicon dioxide (SiO2) and a complex of essential amino acids (arginine, lysine and methionine) in the diet of carp juveniles on growth, on the amino acid composition of the liver and the chemical composition of fish muscle tissue. In the course of the research, the synergism of the effect of the studied additives on the productivity of fish growth was established. The inclusion of ultrafine SiO2 and a complex of amino acids in the diet of fish is accompanied by a change in the metabolism of amino acids in the body, promotes an increase in both essential and non-essential amino acids in the liver and leads to an increase in the productivity of carp.
