Abstract
This article documents six unusual neuropathological scenarios, and discusses the practical problems in making neuro-infectious disease diagnoses in biopsy and morbid anatomy material. The infections depicted are malaria, HIV, leprosy, tuberculosis, mycosis, and larval nematodes.
