Abstract

The article deals with the issues of organization and carrying out practices of students of Salavat Branch of Ufa State Petroleum Technological University of technical directions of training of academic and applied bachelor degree. According to the Federal State Educational Standards, the curricula of all areas of training provide for the passage of three types of practices: educational, industrial and pre-diploma. For all types of practices departments developed guidelines, which for the acquisition of professional competencies established goals, objectives, practices, contents, list of materials needed to complete course projects and final qualifying works and others. In the work special attention is paid to the professional importance of industrial practice, it presents results and analysis of questionnaire of students on the organization and efficiency of industrial practices. The questionnaire offered to student trainees contained questions covering all aspects of industrial practice. According to the results of the questionnaire, the degree of satisfaction with the practice of students in the areas of training, the difficulties they encountered during the practice, the main reasons for dissatisfaction with the industrial practice are presented. So, the dissatisfaction of students with the organization of practice both from the side of the university and the bases of practices made it possible to assess the need to take certain measures to increase the effectiveness of all types of practices, acquire professional competencies and provide the labor market with highly qualified specialists. It is shown that the close cooperation of the university with the enterprise is an important step for the effective organization of the industrial practice and its successful passage. With the cooperation of the Salavat branch of USPTU and Gazprom neftekhim Salavat LLC, important areas of work are being implemented: the participation of employers in the formation of curricula and working training programs, the adjustment of the requirements for the level of professional competence of students, the implementation of targeted training of specialists for the order of the enterprise, and scientific and technical potential of the enterprise in the educational process on the basis of the creation of basic departments, conducting master classes for students on the production practice areas. It is shown that for the organization of effective industrial training a systematic approach and close trilateral cooperation are necessary both from the side of the enterprise and from the educational organization and students.
