Abstract
To improve the innovational ability of medical graduate students,we have explored an individualized teaching in the process of the educational reforms performed by Xi' an Jiaotong University School of Medicine.During teaching,according to the different teaching methods carried out by their supervisors,the individual teaching were used for medical graduate students.The result showed that the ability of students could be increased in their scientific research,and the number of their projects supported by the scientific grants had been improved.As the supplement of the main education for medical graduate students,individualized teaching will perfect the reforms of education for graduate student,and develop a new way for professional teaching.
