Abstract
This paper seeks to correlate project grades and students survey responses with the efficiency and effectiveness of collaborative efforts, providing insights into how enhanced team dynamics translates to improved project outcomes. Through this preliminary exploration, valuable insights are obtained regarding the nuanced landscape of teamwork in engineering education, shedding light on the intricate interplay between team dynamics, individual learning, and project success. This study represents the first results of an ongoing project.
