Abstract

A method is presented for determining the radii of curvature of the transition curves of the tooth profiles of satellites of planetary gears with internal gearing of wheels, cut by a tool with a modified initial contour and having increased bending strength. A comparative analysis of the radii of curvature of the profiles of the teeth of the satellites, cut with standard and non-standard tools of different types (gear shaping and rack) is carried out.
