Abstract

The first two articles in this series explained how Excel can be set up for indexing and how checks can be done using Excel. The third article gave an overview of how to transfer data from a dedicated indexing program (DIP) or an embedded indexing program like Word into Excel data. The current article examines the conversion process further by explaining how to convert an index from a digital format into Excel.
