Abstract
This paper is to introduce an independent collaborative and adaptive e-learning system based on an open learning community and open learning resources. There are a lot of successful researches of web based collaborative and individual adaptive e-learning system. This paper will focus on discussing an independent collaborative and individualized adaptive web e-learning system for an open learning community. It gives a model of an independent collaborative and adaptive e-learning system. It proposes an independent collaborative solution based on unknown learning community, collaborative knowledge mining and an individualized adaptive method.
