Abstract

An increase in the rate of the direct donor–acceptor interaction of the ligand molecules dissolved in aprotic solvent, with a transition surface oxide film metal, and a metal compound with a covalent bond (oxides, sulfides and other water-insoluble compounds) is of practical interest. It allows the dissolved state metals to be contained in the man-made waste. This problem is the question of the reuse of metals, known as the recycling of metals. From a theoretical point of view, it is important to identify the nature of the bonding between connection oxide films of metals, oxides, sulfides, and other compounds metals with a covalent bond and kinetic parameters of the donor–acceptor interaction. Also it is important to identify the relationship between such an integral characteristic of the solid body as the Debye temperature kinetic parameters of the direct synthesis of complex process compounds.
