Increasing the Efficiency of Housing Management: Problems and Ways to Solve Them

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the current state of the management of apartment buildings in Uzbekistan. Particular attention is paid to promising areas of problem solving: the creation of conditions for healthy competition between management organizations, the formation of a responsible owner, the reasonable strengthening of the control and supervisory functions of state bodies, the search for new forms of public-private partnership in the housing and utilities sector.
