Abstract

The article describes the institutional changes in economic relations that create the necessary conditions for increasing production efficiency in the context of transformation in agriculture. The process of introducing rapid, qualitatively new structural and market reforms in agriculture was studied.In the conditions of market instability and transformational processes in the economy, the effective development of state support is based on the improvement of their organizational and economic mechanisms. Subsidies for agricultural products, use of resource-saving technologies, especially water-saving technologies, were analyzed.
