Abstract

In this article, inclusion is considered as a modern social concept of education for persons with disabilities and disabled health. The article analyzes the theoretical and practical issues of lifelong education of these groups in the context of digital civilization. The significance of inclusive processes in educational and social protection institutions, the use of new communication technologies, universal design and other means that provide educational, professional and socio-cultural integration of persons of the above groups, taking into account the main age stages, is revealed.
