Abstract

AbstractThis paper presents the repeat periods of some thirty cyclohexane derivatives, in their respective thiourea adducts as determined by X‐ray diffraction and elemental analysis. In general, trans‐1,4‐substituted cyclohexanes are found to occupy longer sections of the thiourea channel than the corresponding cis‐isomers. In some thiourea adducts the thiourea lattice is deformed as shown by X‐ray data.
