Abstract

Hagerstown Junior College, founded in 1946, became Hagerstown Community College in 1998 and, at that time, opened a new Learning Resources Center in which the library occupies the entire second floor. This article details some of the administrative decisions that guide the services of the re-designed library and some of their plans for the future.
