Abstract

Introduction: Intensified training and competition in basketball leads to an increase in the physical and physiological stress on players, which may compromise sleep duration and sleep quality. However, the effect of differing workloads on sleep duration and quality is unclear. This study examined the impact of low, medium, and high workloads during training and games on sleep duration and sleep quality.
