Abstract
We calculate, analytically and numerically, the density of states and the reciprocal of the localization length of Dirac type fermion system with impurity scatterings. We treat two cases about values V of the strength of the impurity potential, one is the fixed case and the other is the variable case in which V obey the Poisson distribution.
