Abstract
ABSTRACT Ukraine needs to restore its grain exports. More robust logistics may be constructed by identification of the stages of the supply chain and their improvement by individual components (e.g., granaries in Ukraine, rail transport from these facilities to the border, and on to grain export terminals in EU seaports); and by expansion of the circle of stakeholders and synchronisation of information between them. An inclusive approach – increasing the level of participation of all stakeholders in the process and benefits of economic development – is aimed at diversifying supply chains and minimising capacity reduction without significant capital investment.
