Abstract

This article examines the strategy of improving the use of modern information and communication technologies (ICT) in the organization of digital services. By optimizing the processes associated with the introduction of ICT, organizations can increase efficiency, improve customer experience and lead to business growth. The article provides insights into ICT Infrastructure Assessment, user experience analysis and application of rapid development practices.
