Abstract
ﻴواﺠـﻪ اﻟﺘﻌﻠـﻴم ﻓـﻲ اﻟﻌﺼـر اﻟﺤـدﻴث ﺘﺤـدﻴﺎت ﻓـﻲ ﺠﻤﻴـﻊ ﻨـواﺤﻲ اﻟﺤﻴـﺎة اﻻﺠﺘﻤﺎﻋﻴـﺔ واﻻﻗﺘﺼـﺎدﻴﺔ واﻟﺜﻘﺎﻓﻴﺔ وﻟﻌﻝ ﻤن أﻫﻤﻬﺎ اﻻﻨﻔﺠﺎر اﻟﺴـﻛﺎﻨﻲ ٬ واﻻﻨﻔﺠـﺎر اﻟﻤﻌرﻓـﻲ ٬ وﺘطـور ﻓﻠﺴـﻔﺔ اﻟﺘﻌﻠـﻴم ٬ وﺘﻐﻴـر دور اﻟﺘدرﻴﺴـﻲ ٬ واﻟـﻨﻘص ﻓـﻲ أﻋﻀـﺎء ﻫﻴﺌـﺔ اﻟﺘـدرﻴس ٬ واﻟﺘطـور اﻟﺘﻛﻨوﻟـوﺠﻲ ووﺴـﺎﺌﻝ اﻹﻋـﻼم ٬ ﻤﻤـﺎ ﺤـدي ﺒﺎﻟﻤﺘﺨﺼﺼـﻴن إﻟـﻰ اﻻﻟﺘﻔـﺎت ﻟﻠﺘﻘﻨﻴـﺎت اﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﻴـﺔ اﻟﺤدﻴﺜـﺔ ﻟﻠﺘﺼـدي ﻟـﺒﻌض اﻟﻤﺸـﻛﻼت اﻟرﺌﻴﺴـﻴﺔ اﻟﺘـﻲ ﺘواﺠﻬﻬـﺎ اﻟﻛﻠﻴـﺔ واﻟﺘﻌﻠـﻴم ﻤـن اﺠـﻝ إﺘﺎﺤـﺔ اﻟﻔـرص اﻟﻤﺘﻛﺎﻓﺌـﺔ ﻟﺠﻤﻴـﻊ اﻷﻓـ ارد ﻤـﻊ ﻤ ارﻋـﺎة اﻟﻔـروق اﻟﻔردﻴـﺔ ﺒﻴن اﻟﻤﺘﻌﻠﻤﻴن. إن ﻤﻌظم اﻟﺠﺎﻤﻌﺎت اﻟﻌﺎﻟﻤﻴﺔ وﺼﻔوف اﻟﻛﻠﻴﺎت ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﻓـﻲ اﻟوﻗـت اﻟﺤـﺎﻟﻲ ﺘـوﻓر ﺘﻘﻨﻴـﺎت ﺘﻛﻨوﻟوﺠﻴﺔ ﻤﺘطورة ﺨﺎﺼﺔ ﺒﺎﻟﺤﺎﺴـوب واﻻﻨﺘرﻨـت واﻟوﺴـﺎﺌط اﻟﻤﺘﻌـددة اﻷﺨـرى ﻤـن اﺠـﻝ ﺘطـوﻴر اﻟﺘﻌﻠـﻴم وﻫـذﻩ اﻷﻨظﻤـﺔ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﻴـﺔ اﻟﻤﺘطـورة ﻟـم ﺘوﺠـد ﻓﻘـط ﻤـن اﺠـﻝ اﻟـدﺨوﻝ إﻟـﻰ ﻤﺨﺘﻠـف اﻟوﺴـﺎﺌط ﻤـن اﺠـﻝ ﻋرض اﻟﺒ ارﻤﺞ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﻴﺔ ٕواﻨﻤﺎ وﺠدت ﻤن اﺠﻝ ﺨﻠق ﺒﻴﺌﺎت ﻤﺤرﻛﺔ وﻤﺤﻔزة ﻟﻠﺘﻌﻠﻴم.
