Abstract
Borehole pumping rods used in the process of oil production in accordance with their functional purpose, are operated in harsh conditions, in particular, they are exposed to dynamic forces, aggressiveness of the corrosive environment, various types of deformations and others. As a result, the probability of breakage of rods and equipment falling to the bottom of the well increases, the level of oil production decreases with an increase in the intensity of repair and restoration work. One of the most promising methods for improving the performance of pumping rods is the treatment of their working surface with high frequency current (HFC). The article reflects the results of the research in the direction of constructive improvement of the device for heat treatment of borehole pumping rods. Keywords. Borehole pumping rods, high frequency current, hardness, cleaning limit, inductor, heat treatment. Keywords: downhole pumping rods, high frequency current, hardness, tensile strength, inductor, heat treatment. elmancam@gmail.com, h.ibo@mail.ru
