Abstract

Adolescents, consumers and heavy users of SMART tools tend to isolate themselves, which can be a real danger to their personality, interpersonal communication and relating to others, essentially to their social adjustment. We know that digital media overlaps with education. There are hundreds of studies that prove that SMART devices distract you, and that reading on a screen is not as effective as reading on paper. There are many studies of this phenomenon. Following the analysis of scientific resources, it appears that the excessive use of SMART tools causes an imbalance between the adolescent's personal resources and his capacity for social interaction. The problem of developing an intervention program regarding the improvement of social adaptation skills in teenagers using smart tools is an urgent problem and requires an extensive study, and finding effective intervention tools is more than necessary.
