Abstract

This paper considers the warehouse logistics complex and the issues associated with the development of its optimization program. The study is centered around the case of warehousing at the Coca-Cola HBC Russia in Moscow. In the course of the research the authors managed to study the features of lean manufacturing within the warehouse real estate market, alongside the specifics of the "OOO Coca-Cola HBC Eurasia" warehouse in Russia, analyze the experience of using digital technologies in the framework of warehouse activities and develop a program to improve the activities of the "Coca-Cola HBC Russia" production and warehouse complex in Moscow. Taking into consideration the result obtained from studying the object and subject of the research and analyzing the industrial and warehouse real estate market, it is possible to conclude that improvements of warehousing processes are vital. As a result of the research, an investment project program was developed to improve the activities of the Coca-Cola HBC Russia production and warehouse complex in Moscow. The project is aimed at the development of measures to improve the efficiency of using sufficient warehouses, optimizing the search and inventory processes, as well as the mechanization of internal logistics. The introduction of digital technologies at the "Coca Cola HBC Russia" warehouse complex in Moscow will boost the level of mechanization of warehouse operations, thus contributing to the reduction of maintenance costs.
