Abstract

AbstractThe main economic activity of energy enterprises is the production of heat and electricity distributed through the wholesale and retail electricity and capacity market. Moreover, the functioning of energy enterprises is strongly influenced by the technological features of the work of its facilities, namely, all the energy produced goes to consumption, it cannot be accumulated; continuous nature of process modes; special operating conditions of power equipment; capital consumption of power equipment. The use of digital technologies in energy enterprises accelerates the process of obtaining and analyzing information for the implementation of management processes. All this shows the relevance of the application of internal planning tools in energy enterprises using optimization planning programs. The purpose of this article is to analyze the practice of internal planning in energy enterprises and justify the approach to its improvement based on the use of a specialized planning software product (system on the EMAS platform). The proposed technical and economic model of the operation of an energy enterprise on the EMAS platform is based on mathematical modeling, which allows coordinating various departments, synchronizing and integrating information flows with the movement of financial and economic resources, maximizing profits at energy enterprises. The proposed model was implemented as part of the “Technical and Economic Modeling of Power Plants” program at one of the largest thermal power plants in Russia.
