Emphasis of attention to increase in education of personnel is brought expected good result, because together with acquisition of practical skills by employees and improvement of the processes operating in the company business are capable to stimulate personnel to independent development. Staff of the companies work various skills on trainings, increasing labor productivity, and, respectively, due to increase in efficiency minimizes expense of time for development of new technologies. Expenses of the companies on trainings with involvement of third-party firms or introduction to staff of trainers pay off quickly enough in view of decrease in the costs, connected with mistakes or lack of necessary skills of employees.
