Abstract

In recent years, the adaptation of personnel has played a significant role in the management of personnel. The majority of modern scientists and heads of organizations believe that the adaptation of personnel in the company is a key element of personnel management. The relevance of this article is determined by the need to consider various approaches to the adaptation of personnel in Russia and abroad, as well as the need to create a practical system for the adaptation of personnel in a particular organization. The basis of the study was a selective approach to the study of the adaptation of personnel on the materials of a particular organization. In the process of research the authors used a monographic method of research, questioning, polls, studying public opinion, as well as analysis of the received materials. The article focuses on the theoretical basics of personnel adaptation management, which includes revealing of the content of the concept of “personnel adaptation” and the definition of its role in personnel policy. The authors identified the existing problems of personnel adaptation on the materials of the particular enterprise and proposed an improved, more efficient system that includes the business plan—”The Personnel Adaptation Program” and calculates its economic efficiency. The practical significance of the results is that the findings can be used in organizations with similar problems of personnel adaptation, which will help improve not only the process of adaptation of employees of the enterprise, but also the personnel policy of the organization as a whole.
