Abstract
An example of usage of forging operation described as effective tool for increasing of quality and simplifi cation of the manufacturing process of the cage of rotor of perspective starters-generators. The providing of non-directional structure of the forging’s material should give the opportunity of restriction of textural softening and the growth of the creep during the operation of the cage of rotor made of titanium alloy.
