Abstract
The design of an oil press with a combined screw and an adjustable gap between the curb plates for two-stage pressing of oily raw materials is presented. The location of the elliptical links that provide the rotation of the curb plates and the curb plates with maximum and minimum gaps is shown. The proposed design will improve the quality of the oil, reduce material costs and equipment changeover time.
