Abstract

The article provides the approach to formation of the advanced mathematical models of the flight route planning of an unmanned reconnoitring aircraft of the tactical class. The model is based on the calculations of performance indicators of flight route planning. The ability to take into account environmental conditions and factors affecting the unmanned aerial vehicle distinguishes this model from others. It is determined that the main criteria for the effectiveness of planning the flight routes of reconnoitring unmanned aerial vehicles of tactical class are: the probability of defeat of an unmanned aerial vehicle, the quality of intelligence information, the probability of detection of intelligence objects (targets), the total time of the reconnoitring mission with an unmanned aerial vehicle. The necessity of taking into account the main indicators that determine the effectiveness of exploration using an unmanned aerial vehicle is proved. The functional dependences of these indicators, flight characteristics of the aircraft and technical capabilities of the target load are investigated. The use of this mathematical model makes it possible to select the optimal model of the reconnoitring unmanned aerial vehicle for solving specific tasks of exploration in a given area. So, as each sample of the unmanned aerial vehicle has its own set of flight characteristics and peculiarities of attachments, so the main task in the development of this model was their optimal introducing under certain weather conditions. The calculation of the indicator that determines the quality of intelligence information further allows the determination of the optimal altitude for the specified conditions. Also, with the use of the model, it is possible to mathematically justify the actions of the person forming the flight route.
