Abstract
We have improved the high-voltage pulse circuit which we recently described for eliminating microchannel plate response to scattered laser light in our multiphoton ionization experiment [Rev. Sci. Instrum. 65, 3036 (1994)]. Our new design produces much less noise and is much more robust.
